At sunset, a magical hour here, with the golden rays of the setting sun and the soothing sound of the waves, a Mojito can be very tempting and all you want to do is close your eyes and enjoy the moment.

La Jaima , with its great views of the sea and the lighthouse is one of the most popular spots. Built on different levels you can choose between the chill-out area, a restaurant with Arab influences, the beer bar with barbecue and a dance floor where you can dance to classics or the latest hits.

Over the months of the summer Caños fills up with different musical possibilities, there are concerts an DJ´s and parties in different venues and generally everybody ends up at the internationally known disco called OhJú.

Around sunset the Hand crafts and Clothes market opens, here you can find a wide variety of clothes and accessories as well as jewellery and all sorts of objects from all over the world. The market stays open well into the night.

On Saturday mornings there is an ecological food market nearby as well as lots of things for kids to do and even an outdoor cinema.
